Payment policy

At Vilahem.se we want your payment experience to be safe, simple and smooth. This policy describes which payment methods we accept, how payments are processed and what you can expect when making a purchase.


2. Payment methods we accept

We offer several secure and popular options so you can pay in the way that suits you best:

  • Card payment : Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Digital wallets : Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Partial payment and invoice : Klarna – Pay now, later or split

  • Other options : Shop Pay, UnionPay

All payments are handled via certified and encrypted payment services, which means your data is protected through secure connections.


3. How the payment process works

When you complete a purchase, you will be redirected to your chosen payment service to complete the payment. Once the payment has been approved, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
Please note that some payment solutions (e.g. Klarna) may require credit checks or additional verification.


4. Prices and conditions

All prices are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout before you complete your order.
When ordering outside Sweden, customs duties, import taxes or other local costs may apply, which is the buyer's responsibility.


5. Security of payment

We protect your privacy and payment information through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Payment data is never processed directly by us, but is securely handled by our payment service providers.


6. Refunds

If a return or complaint is approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund will normally be made within 14 working days of us receiving the return or confirming the matter.
Please note that the bank's processing time may affect when the amount appears in your account.


7. Failed or Cancelled Payments

If your payment is not approved – for example due to incorrect card details or insufficient funds – your order will not be processed. Please check that all information is correct or contact your bank. You can also contact us at info@vilahem.se for assistance.


8. Invoice payment with Klarna

When choosing Klarna invoice, the invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. The payment period is normally 14 days , but you can also choose to postpone or pay the invoice in part according to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Please note that when you choose Klarna, their terms of use and privacy policy apply.


9. Partial payment via Klarna

You can choose to split your payment into smaller parts via Klarna. In this case, you sign a separate agreement with Klarna, which is responsible for credit assessment, payment plan and terms. More information can be found by logging into Klarna's website or app.
